Responsibilities will include:
•            Developing networks of stakeholders
•            Proactively seeking new income streams from private and public sectors
•            Securing grants and contracts
•            Growing income from fundraising and donations
•            Demonstrable financial outcomes

You will need to be:
•            Passionate about supporting adult and young carers
•            Driven by results and impact
•            Able to support and motivate staff and volunteers
•            Highly organized and proactive
•            Able to work flexibly and independently across Essex
