The Find Your Active campaign is well underway and it has certainly showcased how physical activity and positive movement can come in many different forms, but the benefits are endless.

Find Your Active, powered by Active Essex is about encouraging residents to get active –however they want to. Being active means something different to all of us, whether it’s a play in the park, a spot of gardening, walking football or a game of golf…. the possibilities are endless! Knowing where to start can often be the hardest bit.
