All courses are self study, at your own pace with remote tutor support.

We also work with schools to provide information through The Ask Project which is on behalf of The National Apprenticeship Service. We raise awareness, provide advice and guidance to students about a range of post 16 career opportunities through a range of engaging and informative sessions – that are free of charge. These include (assemblies, workshops, CPD sessions, career fairs and parent events).  This support doesn’t stop at students, we also have a range of  free sessions and resources designed to help caregivers and teachers too!

The AIM Group work with a range of training providers, allowing us to shortlist the best provider for you dependent on your needs. For new starts, we provide a full recruitment service, from advertising your roles to screening candidates and getting the correct documentation in place. The government recently launched the Kickstart Scheme to support businesses in recruiting young, fresh talent. For each new staff member recruited, the government will pay employee salaries to the employer (up to 25 hours per week, minimum wage)*. We can support your business in understanding the scheme, determining eligibility, providing wrap around care for candidates and supporting with the recruitment process.
